Fiberglass acid gas caustic scrubber - FRP waste gas scrubber - Waste gas scrubbing process of fiberglass caustic scrubber equipment: The basic principle is to use the contact between gas and liquid to transfer the pollutants in the gas to the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the polluted liquid to achieve the purpose of cleaning the air. After the gas in the airflow comes into contact with the scrubbing liquid, the droplets or liquid films diffuse and attach to the airflow particles, or humidify the particles, so that the particles can be separated and removed by means of gravity, inertial force, etc. The gaseous pollutants are transferred into the scrubber through mass transfer phenomena such as turbulent flow and molecular diffusion, as well as chemical reactions, to achieve the purpose of separating from the incoming gas. Chemical substances can be added to the scrubbing liquid to control the odor substances in the gas by absorption. The waste gas passes through the packed scrubber and is treated by the gas-liquid countercurrent absorption method. That is, the liquid is sprayed downwards from the top of the tower in the form of mist (or small water droplets), and the waste gas enters from the bottom of the tower to achieve the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This treatment method can cool the temperature of the waste gas, adjust the gas, and remove particles. Then it is discharged into the atmosphere after passing through the demisting section.
