FRP purification tower for washing acid mist, vertical alkaline washing spray tower, acid-base waste gas treatment equipment, neutralization solution tower, is a type of purification tower. The alkaline washing tower is divided into three sections from top to bottom. The middle and lower two sections are alkaline washing sections, and the upper section is a water washing section. The middle area contains concentrated alkaline solution. The alkaline solution in the lower section is the diluted alkaline solution flowing down from the middle area, and it is circulated by the diluted alkaline circulating water pump. New alkaline solution is continuously fed into the middle area by the alkaline solution replenishment pump.
The principle of the acid-base purification tower is to generally treat chemical substances that are relatively easily soluble in water based on acid-base neutralization. Absorption neutralization solutions such as sodium hydroxide are used to purify organic gas waste. After the acid-base waste gas is led out by the air duct, it enters the waste gas neutralization treatment tower, flows upward to the filter material layer, and comes into contact and reacts with the neutralization solution sprayed from the nozzles.
