Product Introduction:


Fiberglass chemical purification equipment utilizes the theory of gas-liquid mass transfer. During the process of waste gas passing through the scrubber, a series of irreversible chemical reactions occur between malodorous pollutants/VOCs and the absorption liquid, generating new salt substances to achieve the purpose of purification.

The packed bed wet absorber is the most commonly used chemical scrubber, with modes such as co-current, counter-current, and cross-current. In the counter-current circulating packed tower, VOCs/malodorous pollutants enter from the bottom of the absorption tower, move upward through the pores of the packing, and undergo chemical reactions with the absorption liquid that enters from the top of the tower and is sprayed onto the packing. The pollutants fall to the lower part of the packed tower along with the absorption liquid.

In order to improve the gas-liquid contact and mixing effect and enhance the mass transfer efficiency, corresponding high-efficiency packing is usually installed in the contact tower. There is a demisting section at the top of the tower body to remove the chemical absorption liquid entrained in the gas. Multi-stage treatment devices can be set according to the gas concentration and composition to ensure the purification effect. In each stage of the treatment process, the absorption liquid is recycled. The circulating liquid can be discharged and added according to the operating conditions.

Selecting a horizontal absorption tower as the absorption equipment for acidic pollutants has the advantages of uniform water distribution, fewer internal components in the tower, low operating resistance, large contact area, and good gas-liquid mass transfer effect. The tower body is made of fiberglass (FRP), and a certain number of multi-faceted hollow spherical rings are loaded inside the absorption tower to increase the gas-liquid contact area.
