Introduction to FRP mixing tank:
Structure of the mixing tank The mixing tank is composed of a mixing tank body, a mixing tank cover, a stirrer, a support, a transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc. It can also be equipped with a heating device or a cooling device according to the process requirements.
The materials for the stirrer, shaft seal, etc. can be selected according to different process requirements.
The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can be provided with process pipe holes for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, safety venting, etc. according to the process requirements.
The upper part of the mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the stirrer in the mixing tank through the transmission shaft.
The shaft seal device can adopt various forms such as mechanical seal, packing seal, labyrinth seal, etc. (determined according to the user's needs).
Due to different production process requirements of users, the stirrer can be configured in various forms such as paddle type, anchor type, frame type, and spiral type. If there are other requirements, please contact our factory for separate design and production.
