Acid mist waste gas spray tower, FRP environmental protection absorption tower, purification tower for organic waste gas treatment in chemical plants. The FRP purification tower uses FRP as the main body of the tower, taking advantage of the characteristics of FRP such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high strength, and light weight. This enables the FRP purification tower to have excellent features that traditional purification towers do not have. The FRP purification tower can handle impurities in various waste gases and waste liquids. At the same time, there are many types of FRP purification towers, and their application industries are also very extensive.
The classification of waste gas spray towers, FRP environmental protection absorption towers, and purification towers for organic waste gas treatment in chemical plants is as follows: wet purification towers and dry adsorption towers. Wet purification towers are divided into: packed towers, scrubbers, desulfurization towers, cyclone plate towers, bubble cap towers, stripping towers, absorption towers; dry adsorption towers are divided into: activated carbon adsorption towers, SDG dry acid waste gas adsorption towers. The main harmful gases suitable for treatment are: sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), nitrogen oxides (NOx), organic acids, benzene and other waste gases. Different methods are used according to different waste gases. Dry adsorption has a good effect for organic waste gases, wet purification is used for inorganic acid mists, and the method of wet + dry purification can achieve better results.
It is widely used in the treatment of acid mists generated in industries such as chemical engineering, chemical preparations, pharmaceuticals, mining, metallurgy, new energy, machinery, and light industrial laboratories.
