Production process of FRP storage tanks and hydrochloric acid storage tanks:
The process of spraying the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage lining layer is to use the spray gun spraying technology to form the lining of the FRP tank. The "lining" refers to the lining of the FRP equipment. Structurally, it can be divided into 2 layers, namely the lining layer and the transition layer, which mainly play the role of anti-corrosion and anti-seepage.
Advantages of spray molding for FRP tanks:
◆ The production efficiency is 4 - 8 times higher than that of hand lay-up.
◆ The product has good integrity, no seams, high interlaminar shear strength, high resin content, and good corrosion resistance and leakage resistance.
◆ It can reduce the consumption of flash edges, cut cloth scraps and residual glue.
◆ There are no restrictions on the size and shape of the product.
◆ The spraying machine can mix the catalyst and resin evenly in the nozzle under hydraulic pressure before spraying. Therefore, there is no compressed air leakage during spraying, and the air pollution during spraying is less.
2. Production of the reinforced structural layer
The process of winding the reinforced structural layer is to use the Italian micro-controlled mechanical winding unit of model FW-4500 to form the structural layer of the FRP crystallization tank. The "structural layer" is the strength reinforcement layer of the FRP equipment. It is formed by inner circumferential, inner cross and outer circumferential winding, mainly playing the role of enhancing the mechanical strength of the FRP crystallization tank.
Characteristics of the winding molding process:
◆ High degree of mechanization and automation, and stable product quality.
◆ The fiber winding pattern can be designed according to the stress characteristics of the product to give full play to the tensile strength of the fiber.
◆ The product has a high specific strength.
◆ The product is heated and cured by far-infrared rays, so that the mechanical performance indicators of the product reach a high level and the service life is prolonged.
3. Production of the outer aging layer
After the reinforced structural layer is produced and fully cured, the outer surface of the FRP equipment is polished once by an automatic polishing unit to make the whole surface smooth. Then, a layer of gel coat resin with an ultraviolet absorber added is painted on the outer layer. The "outer aging layer" is used to ensure that the FRP equipment is not eroded by the external environment, and the resin content is ≥90%.
Characteristics of the outer surface layer process of the FRP tank:
◆ High degree of mechanization and automation, and uniform product surface.
◆ Neat and beautiful appearance.
◆ Adding an ultraviolet absorber to the outer aging layer prolongs the service life.
