Introduction to FRP Storage Tanks:
Excellent physical properties: The specific gravity of FRP is usually 1.8 - 2.1g/cm³, which is 1/4 - 1/5 of that of steel, and its specific strength is higher than that of steel, cast iron and plastics.
Chemical corrosion resistance and long service life: FRP has special corrosion - resistant properties. When storing corrosive media, FRP shows characteristics that other materials cannot match and can resist a variety of acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents.
Great design flexibility and excellent tank wall structural performance: By changing the resin system or reinforcing materials, the physical and chemical properties of FRP products can be adjusted to meet the needs of different media and working conditions. By designing the thickness of the structural layer, winding angle and wall - thickness structure, the bearing capacity of the tank can be adjusted to make FRP products with different pressure levels or certain special properties, which is unmatched by isotropic metal materials.

Molding process:
