1. Machine Overview
X6036 is a heavy-duty universal horizontal milling machine with rigid mechanical structure and stable cutting performance. It adopts integral thick cast iron body and high-precision gear transmission system, featuring wide processing range, strong cutting torque and excellent versatility. This machine is designed for horizontal milling, slotting, drilling, boring and gear processing on various metal workpieces. It is widely applied in machinery manufacturing, mold production, automobile parts, hardware processing and industrial repair workshops.
2. Main Structural Features
High-strength Cast Iron Body: The machine base, column and worktable are manufactured from premium cast iron with aging treatment. The thickened structure effectively eliminates vibration during heavy milling, ensuring long-term structural stability and machining accuracy.
Heavy-duty Horizontal Spindle: The horizontal spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel with heat treatment process. Equipped with heavy-duty precision bearings, the spindle outputs stable high torque. Rational speed distribution meets rough machining and finish machining requirements for different metal materials.
Dual Electric & Manual Feeding System: X, Y, Z three axes support automatic electric feeding and manual fine adjustment. The feeding motion is smooth and controllable, realizing accurate positioning and flexible manual operation for complex workpieces.
Widened Heavy-load Worktable: The enlarged worktable is equipped with standard T-slots for convenient fixture installation. The table can complete longitudinal, transverse and vertical displacement, realizing multi-angle and multi-directional horizontal milling processing.

4. Transmission System
This horizontal milling machine adopts full hard tooth surface gear transmission structure. All gears are made of high-strength alloy steel after quenching and tempering treatment. The transmission system features low noise, high transmission efficiency and strong bearing capacity. Mechanical gear shifting is simple and stable, suitable for long-term continuous heavy-duty milling work.
