Overview
The VMC855 is a high-performance vertical machining center, designed as an enhanced version of the classic VMC850. With an expanded Y/Z-axis travel of 550mm, it offers superior rigidity and cutting capacity. Equipped with a semi-closed loop control system and contour control, it ensures stable positioning accuracy and exceptional repeatability, easily achieving a machining precision of 0.04~0.05mm. This machine is the ideal choice for small-to-medium batch production, mold making, and complex metal component manufacturing.

Robust & Stable Structure
The bed, column, and saddle are constructed from high-strength HT300 cast iron, undergoing multiple aging treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term stability under heavy cutting loads.
Heavy-duty box-type spindle head and optimized rib design enhance vibration resistance, maintaining precision during continuous operation.
Precision Motion System
Semi-closed Loop Control: Position feedback via servo motor encoders balances high accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
Contour Control: Supports multi-axis simultaneous interpolation for complex 3D contour and surface machining.
X/Y/Z axes use high-precision roller linear guideways and C3-grade ball screws with preloading, minimizing backlash and ensuring smooth, precise movement.
Efficient Machining Performance
BT40 spindle with a maximum speed of 8000 RPM (belt-driven) and a 7.5/11kW dual-speed servo motor, providing strong cutting capacity for steel, aluminum, and cast iron.
24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer (ATC) with a tool-to-tool change time of ≤2.5 seconds, reducing non-cutting time and boosting productivity.
User-Friendly Control
Supports mainstream CNC systems: FANUC Oi-MF, Mitsubishi M80, or Syntec 22MA, with an intuitive interface and DNC function for seamless program transfer.
PLC-controlled centralized lubrication and spindle cooling systems ensure stable operation and extend component lifespan
