【Robust Structure for Stable Cutting】

Adopting a 45° integral slant bed made of HT300 high-strength cast iron, the TCK700 undergoes strict aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. This design greatly enhances the machine’s rigidity, vibration damping and deformation resistance, ensuring stable machining accuracy even under high-load and heavy-cutting conditions. The slant bed structure also enables smooth chip removal, avoiding chip accumulation that affects workpiece quality and processing efficiency.

【High-Performance Core Components】

Equipped with a high-torque spindle system, the TCK700 is designed with a large through-hole (optional 105mm/132mm) and matched with a 12"/15" hydraulic chuck, which can firmly clamp large and heavy workpieces, perfectly meeting the processing needs of long bar stock and thick-walled parts. The X and Z axes adopt high-precision linear guideways and pre-tensioned ball screws, with positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.003-0.005mm, ensuring high-precision turning effect.

【Efficient & Versatile Processing】

Configured with a 12-station electric/servo turret (optional live tool turret), the machine achieves fast tool change (≤1.0s per station) and high indexing accuracy, supporting external turning, internal boring, threading, grooving and other basic turning processes. It is compatible with mainstream CNC systems (FANUC, Siemens, GSK), featuring user-friendly operation, graphical simulation and real-time fault diagnosis, which effectively reduces operational difficulty and improves production efficiency.

【Optional Function for Complex Parts】

With optional Y-axis and live tooling function, the TCK700 can realize one-stop processing of milling, drilling, tapping and polygon machining, completing complex parts in one clamping. This reduces processing steps and clamping errors, further improving production efficiency and workpiece precision.
