X6332 Universal Turret Milling Machine
The X6332 is a multi-functional vertical & horizontal turret milling machine designed for precision metalworking. It integrates drilling, milling, boring, tapping, and slotting capabilities, widely applied in mold making, mechanical processing, instrumentation, and small-batch production environments.
1. Core Structure & rigidity
High-Strength Casting: Base, column, table, and saddle adopt high-grade cast iron with artificial aging treatment, ensuring long-term stability, vibration resistance, and precision retention.
Rectangular Guideways: Longitudinal (X-axis) guideways are hardened via ultra-audio quenching, delivering high wear resistance, large contact area, and robust rigidity.
360° Rotatable Ram: The turret ram swivels 360° horizontally and moves back/forth, enabling multi-angle machining without re-clamping the workpiece.
2. Milling Head & Spindle System
Vertical Milling Head (Taiwan Origin):
Spindle Taper: NT40/R8 (optional NST#30/#40).
Speed Range: 60–5440 rpm (12-speed gearbox, variable speed).
Adjustment: Tilts ±45° in vertical plane, swivels 180° horizontally.
