TCK800 Heavy-Duty Slant Bed CNC Lathe - Product Introduction

The TCK800 is a high-performance heavy-duty slant bed CNC lathe, professionally engineered for high-precision and heavy-cutting processing of large-sized shaft, disc, flange and sleeve parts. As a high-end core model in the TCK series, it balances robust structure, efficient processing and stable precision, serving as a reliable production equipment for medium and large-scale manufacturing enterprises in engineering machinery, hydraulic equipment, wind power, shipbuilding and mold industries.


Constructed with a 45° integral slant bed structure made of HT300 high-strength cast iron, the TCK800 undergoes dual aging treatment (natural aging + vibration aging) to thoroughly eliminate internal stress, ensuring excellent rigidity, vibration damping performance and deformation resistance. This scientific structural design not only supports heavy-duty cutting operations without deformation but also optimizes chip removal efficiency, avoiding chip accumulation and ensuring consistent processing accuracy and workpiece surface quality even during long-term continuous operation, which is crucial for mass production of large parts.


Equipped with a high-power, high-torque spindle system, the TCK800 features a large through-hole design (standard 105mm, optional 132mm) and is matched with a 12"/15" high-precision hydraulic chuck, enabling stable clamping of large and heavy workpieces. It perfectly meets the processing needs of long bar stock, thick-walled cylindrical parts, large flanges and heavy-duty shafts, with a spindle speed range of 50-2500 RPM to adapt to both roughing and precision finishing operations of high-strength materials such as alloy steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy, as well as common metal materials like carbon steel and aluminum alloy.


The X and Z axes adopt heavy-duty high-precision linear guideways (or optional box guideways) and pre-tensioned large-diameter ball screws, combined with semi-closed loop control (the standard control mode for this model) to achieve high positioning accuracy (±0.005mm) and repeat positioning accuracy (±0.003mm). The 12-station servo turret (optional 16-station) ensures fast and accurate tool change (≤1.0s per station) and high indexing accuracy, supporting external turning, internal boring, threading, grooving and other basic turning processes. For complex part processing, it can be optionally equipped with Y-axis and power turret to realize one-stop milling, drilling, tapping and polygon processing, completing complex parts in one clamping and reducing processing steps and clamping errors.


Compatible with internationally mainstream CNC systems (FANUC 0i-TF, Siemens 828D, GSK 980TDc), the TCK800 features a user-friendly color touch screen, supporting graphical simulation processing, automatic tool compensation and real-time fault diagnosis, which greatly reduces operational difficulty and improves production efficiency. With its optimized structural design, high-performance core components and versatile processing capabilities, the TCK800 can effectively meet the high-precision, high-efficiency processing needs of large-sized parts, helping enterprises improve production efficiency, reduce costs and enhance core competitiveness in the market.
