1. Machine Overview
VTC800 is a heavy-duty vertical CNC machining center with high precision and high efficiency. It adopts one-piece heavy cast iron structure, featuring excellent rigidity, shock resistance and durable service life. This machine is capable of milling, drilling, boring, tapping and complex contour machining. It is widely used in mold manufacturing, automotive industry, aerospace, hardware processing and mechanical engineering for batch production of metal precision components.
2. Main Structural Features
Cast Iron Body: The whole machine body is made of high-grade cast iron. All linear guideways undergo high-frequency quenching and precision grinding with hardness reaching HRC52-58. It effectively reduces deformation and maintains long-term machining stability.
High Rigidity Spindle: Equipped with high-precision bearing groups, the BT40 spindle adopts belt drive structure with strong torque. It runs smoothly at high speed, realizing stable heavy cutting and excellent surface finish for metal workpieces.
High-performance Servo System: X, Y, Z three axes are equipped with original AC servo motors and high-precision ball screws. The transmission is stable and responsive, ensuring outstanding positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
Automatic Tool Magazine: Standard 16-station disc type tool magazine with fast tool changing speed. Fully enclosed metal protective cover prevents coolant splash and metal dust contamination, meeting industrial safety production standards.

4. CNC Control System
This vertical machining center supports multiple optional control systems, including GSK, Siemens 828D, FANUC 0i-MF and Mitsubishi system. It realizes three-axis linkage, automatic tool change, rigid tapping, high-speed milling and various fixed machining cycles. The intuitive human-computer interaction interface is easy to operate, suitable for complex precision machining requirements.
