CK6163 CNC Lathe Detailed English Description
1. Machine Overview
CK6163 is a heavy-duty horizontal flat bed CNC lathe. It adopts integral high-strength cast iron bed, featuring high rigidity, stable vibration resistance and long service life. This machine is widely applied for turning cylindrical, tapered, arc and thread surfaces on metal workpieces. It is suitable for processing shaft parts, disc parts and heavy-duty mechanical components in petroleum, mining, automobile and general machinery industries.
2. Main Structural Features
Cast Iron Bed: The machine bed is made of high-quality cast iron. The guideway is processed by high-frequency quenching and precision grinding, with hardness up to HRC52-58. It is wear-resistant and ensures long-term machining accuracy.
High Rigidity Spindle: Equipped with high-precision spindle bearing, the spindle adopts gear shifting speed regulation. It provides strong torsion and stable rotation during heavy cutting. Spindle bore is optional with 100mm or 105mm.
Servo Drive System: X-axis and Z-axis are driven by AC servo motors. The feeding motion is smooth, positioning accuracy is high, and repeated positioning error is low.
Reliable Tool Post & Tailstock: Standard equipped with electric 4-station tool post. The tailstock is manually controlled with thickened quill, which can bear heavy workpiece pressure and ensure processing stability.

4. CNC Control System
This lathe can be equipped with multiple optional systems, including GSK980TDc, Siemens 808D, FANUC 0i-TF and Mitsubishi system. It supports two-axis linkage, automatic cycle processing, thread cutting, constant surface speed control and tool compensation function. The operation interface is simple and friendly, suitable for various metal turning processing requirements.
