Guangdong Yinan Yang Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed this Automatic Stainless Steel Bird's Nest Bubbling Washing Machine to address the industry's pain points: difficult cleaning, low efficiency of manual feather picking, and high product loss.
This equipment uses physical cleaning principles to simulate but outperform manual cleaning processes. The high-pressure bubble generator at the bottom of the tank produces numerous tiny bubbles. As these bubbles rise and burst, they create micro-jets that gently impact the bird's nest surface, causing attached feathers and impurities to float away. The high-pressure circulating spray then flushes suspended impurities into the filtration system. The entire process does not damage bird's nest fibers, effectively solving problems of fragility and insufficient cleanliness found in traditional cleaning methods.
Special Note：This model is designed without ultrasonic function. It uses pure physical bubbling + spray cleaning, making it especially suitable for processing scenarios where vibration sensitivity is a concern and maintaining complete nest shape is critical.

Working Principle
Bubbling Cleaning Principle：Bubbles rising through the tank contact the bird's nest surface, generating impact and friction that dislodge impurities and dust. The tumbling action of bubbles also helps turn the bird's nest, ensuring uniform and thorough cleaning.
High-Pressure Spray Principle：Pressurized water is directed through spray nozzles to form high-pressure water jets that wash the bird's nest, effectively removing stubborn impurities from all parts of the material.
