Applications and features
1.Made of stainless steel, the stainless steel multilayer frame filter is characterized by superior anti-corrosive property, easy assembly and disassembly, simple operation, reasonable structure and high reliability. With casters, its base is freely movable and usable.
2.The machine is widely used in medicine, food, beverage, water treatment, brewery, petroleum, chemical, anti-corrosion, environmental protection and other industries. It is newly designed for filtration, clarification, purification and sterilization of all types of fluid.
3.By using salient-point type filter board, it effectively increases sectional area of water passage and reduces resistance so that fluid may flow in any direction without blind spot and its stability is maintained. Salient-point type filter board protects filter media (e.g. filter membrane and filter paper) from damage and extends their service life.
4.All sealed parts are provided with milk-white silicone rubber sealing ring (nontoxic and heat resistant) free from leakage. Round seal rings are installed in the sealing-off points, e.g. double-folded retaining ring at inlets, outlets and front and back sides of the filter frame.
5.Secured and sealed with a double-folded retaining ring, the connection of the inlet pipe is easy to dismount and clean.
6.Different filter media may be used depending on the process (rough filtering, semi-precise filtering and precise filtering) requirements of the fluids to be filtered. To cater for the needs of production, filter frames and media may be reduced or increased in accordance with the flow rate.
7.In the service of the filter, hold down the seal ring in order to prevent fluid from loss and good clarification. Microporous membrane may be used for better sterilizing effect.
