One, KW series beverage filter
This beverage filter (also known as diatomite filter). The filter system introduced advanced foreign technology, made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti high quality stainless steel and diatomite as filter aid, and promoted our beverage industry to take a great step from the old cotton cake filtering technology to the world advanced ranks. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation, low filtration cost and high efficiency, and its filtration clarity can reach 99.8%. It can be operated properly and even can filter out E. coli.
The machine has been widely used in liquor, fruit wine, low alcohol, yellow wine, water treatment and other industries, and gained good praise. Our factory is willing to make good efforts for you in the filtration process and ensure the supply of vulnerable parts.
Two. Equipment structure
The filter system of this machine is composed of machine cavity, shell, hollow shaft, filter element, diaphragm, rubber seal ring, clamp, buffer plate, glass view mirror tube, pressure meter and so on. The machine cavity is divided into two parts. The connection is made of non-toxic rubber sealing ring. All contact parts with liquid are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti high quality stainless steel. When working, hand wheel or clamp force is used to connect the shell to form the sealing tyre. The exhaust valve is installed on the cavity and the mirror window, and the gas can be discharged from the exhaust valve after driving.
At the entrance of the body, there are 1 "or 1 1/3" ball valves. The high-pressure liquid pumped by the pump enters the cavity through the inlet. There is a buffer plate in the cavity to protect the filter coating on the filter plate. The outlet is equipped with two 1 1/2 "ball valves, one for circulating coating and filter aid, one for normal production after pre coating."
A pressure gauge is installed on the machine cavity, and the reading value directly shows the pressure inside the machine cavity. The body is supported by four wheels and can be rotated at any angle. It can be pushed to any suitable location according to need.
Three, use and maintenance
1, this machine uses a certain size of diatomite as a filter aid, the main component B102 is 85-90%, the powder size reaches 2-100 microns, the clearance is 90%, and the particles can be filtered out under 1-0.1 microns. 150-200 clarified good liquid in precoating
In the container 10, add diatomite according to the ratio, stirring evenly, and continuously pump into the filter 2. Open the outlet valve 6 to make it circulate. The diatomite layer formed on the filter cloth is about 2M/M thick, uniform, stable, without cracks and shedding, and its filtration effect is the best. The circulating liquid brightness is required. That is, turn on the outlet valve 5, close the circulation valve 6, and open the pump or liquor store valve 12. The turbid beverage in the beverage store can be clarified and filtered.
2. This machine should be operated by a special person. When working, avoid the exit valve 5, 6 all close, otherwise will produce high pressure damage machine parts, before opening the machine should first open the exhaust valve 1, 4, the air exhaust valve will close the exhaust valve. After shutting down, close the outlet valve 5 and 6, and open the exhaust valve 1 and 4. The liquid in the filter is easily pumped into the container 10 through the pump.
3, the rate of filtration and the amount of filtration depend on the following factors:
(1) the essence of beverage: alcohol, candy, concentration, impurity and so on.
(2) the ratio of filter aids: dosage and formulation.
(3) whether the pressure has reached the required requirements.
4, in production, it is found that the clarification degree is not required, and the circulation system can be opened again, or the proper diatomite can be added, or when the requirements are not reached, the following reasons are generally found: whether the A, the filter cloth is damaged or not: whether the B, the ring, the seal ring and so on are damaged.
5, the filtration time is long, the alcohol concentration or the impurity is more than the prescribed value and the filtration amount is very small. We should stop cleaning filter cloth and the impurity in the machine cavity, that is: opening the shell, unscrewing the nut, dismantling the original filter, cleaning the diatomite and the adhesive with clean water, and then assembling the work in order.
Four. Precautions
1, in normal production, it is strictly prohibited to tamper with the handwheels, valves and exhaust valves.
2. The normal internal pressure of the filter is 0.15-0.3Mpa, and no overpressure is strictly prohibited.
3, when moving the working position, the filter must avoid colliding with it.
4, the fuselage and other parts are strictly forbidden to swing and hang heavy objects.
Application of diatomite filter aid
Note: each time we add filter aids, we can filter the beverage 10-15T and use the diatomite provided by our factory to filter out particles and even Escherichia coli under 0.1 microns. It can meet the requirements of food hygiene at a time.
