CIP cleaning instructions
1. Preface
CIP Cleaning in Place is a new and effective cleaning technology, which is widely used in dairy products, and can also be used in beer, beverage, coffee, sugar, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The technology of in-situ cleaning is a technique for cleaning the equipment in the place where the equipment, pipe, and valve parts do not need to be disassembled without easy ground, and it has the following characteristics:
1) in situ cleaning, easy operation, safe work, low labor intensity and high work efficiency.
2) thorough cleaning, and can achieve the purpose of disinfection and sterilization at the same time, ensure hygienic requirements, and improve the quality of products.

2, use and characteristics
This equipment is used for centralized cleaning and cleaning in large and medium-sized dairy farms. It is characterized by acid tank, alkali tank and clear water tank respectively composed of three separate storage tanks, also known as sub tank in situ cleaning equipment. The equipment has the following characteristics:
(1) with distributor, multiple cleaning can be carried out.
(2) with reflux pipe device, the lotion can be recycled, which saves liquid and is conducive to environmental hygiene.
