V. Operating Precautions


  • Before installation, verify compatibility between the DIN rail and dedicated mounting clips; clip models vary by installation direction. Secure firmly to prevent loosening caused by vibration.

  • Use only 24V DC power; overvoltage input is strictly prohibited. For improved reliability, connect redundant power supplies to separate circuits.

  • When connecting fiber optic cables, ensure LC connectors are clean to avoid signal degradation caused by dust. The fiber bending radius must not be less than the manufacturer’s specified value.

  • RJ45 ports have a rated plug/unplug life of approximately 200 cycles; avoid frequent insertion and removal. Shielded copper cables with proper grounding are recommended to reduce electromagnetic interference.

  • Hot-plugging of fiber optic cables or power terminals is prohibited. Disconnect power before maintenance to prevent electric shock or equipment damage.

  • Regularly check LED status indicators, clean dust inside the cabinet, and maintain proper ventilation to avoid performance degradation due to high temperatures.
