Working Principle
The double roller crusher utilizes powerful extrusion forces to fracture materials through a simple yet highly effective process:
Material Feeding: Raw materials are fed evenly into the V-shaped crushing chamber between the two counter-rotating rollers.
Compression Crushing: One roller is fixed while the other is movable, backed by heavy-duty hydraulic or spring safety systems. As the rollers rotate inward, the material is drawn into the gap and crushed under high pressure.
Discharge: Once the material is crushed to a size smaller than the clearance gap between the two rollers, it falls through gravity out of the bottom of the machine.
