The IS420ESWAH1A (ISx2yESWAH1A, x=4, y=0/1) is a GE Mark VIeS series IONet industrial Ethernet switch module, providing redundant network communication for Mark VIe/VIeS control systems. It is compatible with safety control networks in turbine and process industries, featuring industrial-grade protection, fault tolerance, and hazardous area certification to ensure communication continuity in SIS systems.
Core Performance: Network Interface Capabilities
Copper Ports: Eight 10/100Base-TX (RJ45) ports, supporting HP-MDIX automatic wiring crossover, full/half-duplex auto-negotiation, compatible with field I/O modules and controller connections.
Fiber Optic Port: One 100Base-FX multimode fiber optic port (LC interface) for long-distance/interference-resistant redundant backbone communication, compatible with IONet fiber optic links.
**Cache and Address Table:** 256KB cache, supports 4K MAC addresses, ensuring concurrent communication and flow control for multiple devices and preventing data loss.

**Redundancy:** Power supply redundancy (24-28VDC), supports hot-swapping, compatible with IONet redundant architecture, seamless switching in case of single-link failure, ensuring network continuity for security control.
**Communication:** 10/100M adaptive Ethernet, real-time interaction with Mark VIeS security controllers, supports ControlST remote network diagnostics and configuration.
**Diagnostics:** Port-level LED status indicators (power/link/activity) for quick identification of communication anomalies, supports IEEE 802.3x flow control to prevent network congestion.
