1. Main uses:
HG-D1 1.5The asphalt concrete mixer can mix new asphalt mixtures; it can also regenerate old asphalt mixtures; and heat and mix the stacked and stored asphalt mixtures for reuse. The electric-start diesel generator solves the problem of the lack of a common power source for field operations. The asphalt concrete mixer can repair the potholes on the road surface on-site at any time and place, and the road can be opened to traffic after the operation is completed, ensuring the road is in good condition and unobstructed. Its function is particularly prominent in the cold winter.
2. Main structure:
HG-D1 1.5The asphalt concrete mixer is composed of an electric-start diesel generator, and its structural forms are as follows;
1. It is a towed type equipped with rear axle brakes and a tripod for traction;
2. It can be hoisted on a transport vehicle for construction operations, and there are three types: on-vehicle type and fixed type;
3. Performance characteristics:
(1) Mixing method: HG-D1 1.5The asphalt concrete mixer uses the blades inside the rotating drum with an insulation layer for mixing; The drum rotation is driven by a cycloidal pin gear reducer to drive the gears, and each mixing volume is not less than1500kg.
(2) Heating method: A diesel burner is used for heating to raise the temperature of the gas inside the drum; The temperature of the gas is transferred to the asphalt mixture, and its temperature is controlled by the temperature sensing system. When the required temperature is reached, the burner stops burning.
(3) Feeding method: The feeding track can be folded, and the feeding hopper is of the bottom discharge type, with a capacity of300kg/time; Lifting is carried out by a multi-functional electric hoist, which is limited by a travel switch.
(4) Dust removal method: A cyclone dust removal system is adopted, and the dust and water vapor inside the drum are discharged by a centrifugal fan.
(5) Power supply method: If the external power supply cannot be connected, an electric-start diesel generator set is provided, with a power of30KW; There are four sets of secondary rubber shock absorption mechanisms under the frame of the generator set, and the operation is very stable to prevent damage to vibrating parts and electrical appliances.
(6) The whole machine adopts a multi-functional electrical control system, which is clear at a glance and easy to operate.
