CFGThe pile drivers of the CFG series consist of two parts: the hydraulic crawler pile frame and the drilling tool system. The hydraulic walking pile frame is mainly composed of the top pulley block, the column, the diagonal brace, the chassis, the walking mechanism, the slewing mechanism, the hoisting mechanism, the hydraulic system, the electrical system and the towing mechanism. The pile frame uses a hydraulic walking chassis, which can walk and slew by itself. It is equipped with hydraulic outriggers to assist walking and slewing and increase the overall stability during construction. The pile frame is designed with a towing device, which allows the whole machine to be towed. The drilling tool system includes the power head, the drill pipe and the drill bit. The power head uses a three - ring reducer. The three - ring reducer is a reducer with a large central hole, featuring a compact structure, low noise, high overload capacity and long service life. It is currently the power device for domestic drilling rigs.

4、It adopts a combination of towing and shipping methods, featuring strong integrity, convenient site transfer, and low costs.
5、The drilling rig is jointly controlled by electricity, machinery, and hydraulics. All the required electrical buttons and handles are placed in front of the cab, and all use high - quality products, making the operation convenient, fast, and comfortable.
