I. Main uses:
HG-D1 1.5Asphalt concrete mixer can mix new asphalt mixtures; it can also regenerate old asphalt mixtures; and it can heat and mix the stacked and stored asphalt mixtures for reuse. The electric-start diesel generator solves the problem of no common power supply in field operations. The asphalt concrete mixer can repair potholes on the road surface on-site at any time and place, and the road can be opened to traffic after the operation is completed, ensuring the road is in good condition and unobstructed. Its function is particularly prominent in the cold winter.
II. Main structure:
HG-D1 1.5The asphalt concrete mixer is composed of an electric-start diesel generator, and its structural forms are as follows;
1, It is a towed type equipped with rear axle brakes and tripod traction;
2, It needs to be hoisted on a transport vehicle for construction operations, and there are three ways: vehicle-mounted type and fixed type;
III. Performance characteristics:
(1). Mixing method: HG-D1 1.5The asphalt concrete mixer uses the blades in the rotating drum with an insulation layer for mixing; The drum rotation is driven by a cycloidal pin gear reducer to drive the gear, and the mixing volume each time is not less than1500 kg.
(2) Heating method: Use a diesel burner to heat the gas inside the drum; The temperature of the gas is transferred to the asphalt mixture, and its temperature is controlled by the temperature sensing system. The burner stops burning when the required temperature is reached.
(3) Loading method: The loading track is foldable. The loading hopper is of the bottom-discharge type, with a capacity of 300 kg/ time; The lifting is carried out by a multi-functional electric hoist, limited by the travel switch.
(4) Dust removal method: Use a cyclone dust removal system. The centrifugal fan discharges the dust and water vapor inside the drum.
(5) Power supply method: If the external power supply cannot be connected, it is equipped with an electric-start diesel generator set with a power of 30KW; There are four sets of secondary rubber shock absorption mechanisms under the frame of the generator set, and the operation is very stable to prevent damage to vibrating parts and electrical appliances.
(6) The whole machine adopts a multi-functional electrical control system, which is clear at a glance and easy to operate.
