3, use and maintenance
1, the mill running before feeding.

4, bearing part must often add lubricant, deceleration machine must always check whether the lack of machine oil.
5, often check whether each part bolt looseness.
6, such as bearing damage, it must be change in time, lest cause eccentric shaft damage to other components.
7, equipment operation, pay attention to the speed reducer and bearing part of the presence of abnormal sound, whether any temperature rise too high, abnormal phenomenon such as motor current is too large; If you have the above phenomenon, should immediately stop ruled out.
8, inspection machine, to ensure safety, must remove the motor belt.
