working principle:
The motor drives and decelerates through the gear pair, and drives the grinding machine cylinder to rotate the grinding medium placed in the cylinder at an appropriate speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, friction force and gravity, it is lifted or dropped after being lifted to a certain height. When the state falls, the material in the cylinder is crushed by the impact of the medium, and at the same time, the material is ground and peeled due to the rolling or sliding of the medium. The ground material is discharged through the discharge port. The mill can be equipped with an air clutch, a slow drive, a jacking device, a jet lubrication device, etc., as needed. The main bearing of the ball mill can adopt ordinary sliding bearings, dynamic and static pressure bearings, hydrostatic bearings and rolling bearings as needed.
