This type of crusher has a long history and belongs to the traditional crushing equipment. The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the V-belt wheel, and the dynamic squeezing makes the crushing force. It is divided into two types: coarse and fine. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, low price, reliable work, convenient adjustment of the discharge port, and is more suitable for crushing wet ore, ore containing more clay, and the crushing granularity is relatively coarse. Our company has optimized the design of P1400x 600, PE250x750, PE600x 900 and other types and has been approved by practical application. 1. Deep cavity design, large crushing ratio and high crushing efficiency. 2. Increased eccentric shaft speed and high production capacity.
working principle:
The material is broken by the periodic movement of the moving jaw. During the process of swinging the axially fixed sway of the suspension core, the material between the two slabs is subjected to crushing, splitting and bending. At the beginning, the pressure is small, the volume of the material is reduced, and the materials are close to each other and squeezed; when the pressure rises beyond the strength that the material can withstand, the crushing occurs. Conversely, when the moving sway moves away from the fixed yoke in the opposite direction, the material moves downward by its own weight. Each periodic movement of the moving piece causes the material to be crushed once and sent a distance downward. After several cycles, the broken material is discharged from the discharge port.
