Mine-used explosion-proof and intrinsically safe high-voltage vacuum electromagnetic starter (ElectricHandTrolley)
Purpose and scope of use Application and range of application
It is suitable for underground coal mines with an explosive methane - air mixture. In the circuits with an AC power supply of 50Hz, rated voltage of 10(6)KV and rated current up to 400A, it can directly start and stop high - voltage motors. Meanwhile, it protects the motors and relevant circuits. This starter is equipped with a microcomputer - based comprehensive protection and monitoring device, which is stable, reliable and highly resistant to interference. It has RS485 and CAN bus standard communication interfaces. When connected to the mine power automatic control and integrated automation system, it enables remote automatic control, monitoring, and supervision, achieving unattended operation.

★Adopt a quick-opening door structure and an electric trolley-type movement, which can be used in conjunction with the high-voltage power distribution devices of Hunan Chuang'an Explosion-proof Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.;
★Full Chinese display, showing important information such as system voltage, three-phase current, and system operating status. It has protection functions such as short-circuit, overload, phase loss, leakage locking, insulation monitoring, undervoltage, and overvoltage absorption;
★Equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking and electrical locking functions;
★It has local control, remote control, and program control functions;
★The remote control adopts intrinsic safety control, and the intrinsic safety parameters are: voltage 21.8V(AC), current 78mA(AC).
★Use an intelligent all-digital measurement, control, and protection device, equipped with standard RS485 and CAN bus communication interfaces, which can also be selected according to user requirements.
