This series of starters is suitable for the environment in underground coal mines and the surrounding medium with explosive mixed gases such as methane and coal dust. In an AC 50Hz three-phase power grid with a rated voltage of 660V or 1140V and a rated total current from 400A to 500A with an ungrounded neutral point, it is used as a starter switch for various equipment in mining areas and other working faces. When the equipment has overload, short - circuit, over - voltageWhen there are faults such as under-voltage, it can automatically cut off the power supply and display the fault signal. The switch has the functions of leakage locking and testing before closing, and can display the current and voltage values of each branch during operation. It has protections such as under-voltage, overload, phase loss, short circuit and leakage locking. It can realize single-unit control, single-machine two-speed, and double-machine two-speed control for the controlled motors, and change the phase sequence of electricity through the isolating switch when the machine stops. It can start and stop the motors of shearers, scraper conveyors, belt conveyors (main motors, oil pump motors, cooling fan motors, belt tensioning motors, belt winding motors, crushers, transfer conveyors, etc.), and protect the motors and power supply lines, achieving the purpose of automatic control of power supply equipment in mining areas or other working faces.

The protection and control system adopts advanced programmable controllers(PLC),with high-precision data processing and advanced protection algorithms, featuring high protection accuracy and fast response speed. It can complete the protection functions of leakage locking, overload, short circuit, phase loss, under-voltage and over-voltage. It has the advantages of high intelligence purity, stable performance, diverse control methods and reliable operation;
It adopts a 7-inch industrial control screen for display; it can display the working status, parameters and fault types of the switch, with a user-friendly interface. It has good man-machine dialogue function, which can greatly improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;
The switch can display the system voltage, three-phase current of each circuit and the switch's on-off state in real-time;
All analog signals are processed into digital signals, with the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, simple wiring, large amount of information and reliable control;
It can realize near and far control as well as two-speed control. The control methods are flexible and diverse, and can also be customized according to the special requirements of users;
It hasa complete self-check and self-diagnosis function, which can conveniently check whether the protection and control system is normal or not;
Remotecontrol adopts intrinsic safety control. The intrinsic safety parameters are: voltage21.8V(AC),current78mA(AC).
It hasan RS485intrinsic safety communication interface.
