Purpose and scope of useApplication and range of application

This series of mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe permanent magnet vacuum feeder switches is suitable for coal mines containing methane mixed gas and with explosion hazards. In the power supply grid with an alternating current of 50Hz, rated voltage of 1140V and below, where the neutral point is not grounded, it can be used as a main distribution switch, a branch switch, or for infrequent starting of motors. When connected to the mine power automatic control and comprehensive automation system, it can realize remote automatic control and monitoring equipment, achieving unattended operation.

It adopts a quick-opening door structure and features a full Chinese display, which can display real-time parameters of the system such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, insulation resistance, power consumption, and the number of switch-on times.

It uses a pull-down menu for parameter setting and has the function of parameter setting and modification. The parameters of the switch can be accurately modified and set with a step size of 1.

The switch has multiple protection functions such as short-circuit protection, overload protection, leakage locking, phase loss protection, three-phase unbalance protection, leakage protection, undervoltage protection, and overvoltage absorption.

It has the functions of wind, electricity and gas locking, high-voltage electrical interlocking, temperature alarm, and remote opening.

The remote control adopts intrinsic safety control. The intrinsic safety parameters are: voltage 21.8V (AC), current 78mA (AC).

It is equipped with standard 4G, wifi, TCP/IP, 485, and LoRa communication interfaces, which can be selected according to customer needs. When configured in the mine power automatic control and integrated automation system, it can realize the four-remote functions of remote measurement, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment, achieving the automation of power supply equipment.

An isolating switch is added for easy maintenance.

It uses a permanent magnet (bistable) vacuum circuit breaker, which features a simple structure, easy maintenance, fast response speed, stable operation, and a long service life.
