Purpose and scope of useApplication and range of application
This series of mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe permanent magnet vacuum feed switches are suitable for underground coal mines with explosive methane - air mixtures. In an AC power supply system with a frequency of50Hz,rated voltage of1140Vor below in a power grid with an ungrounded neutral point, they can be used as a main distribution switch, a branch switch, or for infrequent motor starting. When connected to the mine power automatic control and comprehensive automation system, remote automatic control and monitoring can be achieved for unattended operation.

It adopts a quick-opening door structure and features a full Chinese display, which can display real-time parameters of the system such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, insulation resistance, electric energy, and the number of closing times.
It uses a pull-down menu for setting, with the function of parameter setting and modification. The parameters of the switch can be accurately modified and set, with a step size of 1.
The switch has multiple protection functions such as short-circuit protection, overload protection, leakage locking, phase failure protection, three-phase unbalance protection, leakage protection, undervoltage protection, and overvoltage absorption.
It has functions such as wind, electricity and gas locking, high-voltage electrical interlocking, temperature alarm, and remote opening.
Remote control adopts intrinsic safety control. The intrinsic safety parameters are: voltage 21.8V(AC), current 78mA(AC).
It is equipped with standard 4G, wifi, TCP/IP, 485, LoRa communication interfaces, which can be selected according to customer needs. It is configured in the mine power automatic control and integrated automation system to achieve four remote functions such as remote measurement, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment, realizing the automation of power supply equipment.
It has dual power inputs and dual circuit outputs. When sharing one output, the input power can be automatically switched; when sharing one power supply, the outputs can be automatically switched or output simultaneously.
It uses a permanent magnet (bistable) vacuum circuit breaker, which has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, fast response speed, stable operation, and long service life.
