QJR-□/1140(660)
Mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe AC vacuum soft starter
Purpose and scope of use Application and range of application
This series of starters is mainly used for the control of mine-used flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors with a rated voltage of1140(660)V,a frequency of50Hz,and a rated power within the range of1200KW, enabling the motor to start frequently under any circumstances, protecting the driving system, reducing the impact of the starting current on the power grid, and ensuring the reliable starting of the motor. The control mode can be local control and remote control, and the commutation can be carried out when the motor is stopped. The starter has protection functions such as under-voltage, short-circuit, overload, phase failure, and leakage lockout, as well as corresponding fault displays and working status displays such as power supply and operation.

It adopts a quick-opening door structure, a liquid crystal Chinese display, and is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer;
Special modules are selected;
It has a self-diagnosis function, and has controls such as current-limiting starting and voltage ramp;
Pulse jump function: Used for ultra-high static friction loads;
Pump control, with 6 curves to choose from, can prevent over-water pressure during soft start and water hammer phenomenon when stopping;
Remote control adopts intrinsic safety control. The intrinsic safety parameters are: voltage 21.8V(AC), current 78mA(AC)0
Automatic protection functions: automatic protection functions for overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, leakage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating, too long starting time, too long current-limiting time, etc;
You can choose a data communication interface to connect to the control system. According to user needs, an RS-485 communication interface can be equipped.
