  • Production Process: CLEAN-PVC pipes are processed through physical degreasing/oil prohibition and cut in a dust-free environment. They are excellent products in the ultrapure water pipeline system and can be applied to the 18MΩ ultrapure water pipeline system. Their features are as follows:
    1. The unique PCV raw material formula controls the precipitation of TOC (total organic matter) and metal ions within a very low range. The inner surface of the pipe is smooth and flat, preventing the breeding of bacteria. Higher precipitation performance can be obtained when using the hot-melt welding method without glue connection. It has superior corrosion resistance, durability, and thermomechanical properties.

  • Characteristics of Sekisui Pipe Fittings/Valves:

  • 1. The resistivity of Sekisui clean-pvc clean pipes is 1/10 - 1/20 of that of ordinary pvc pipes. 

  • 2. When the machine is shut down, the decline rate of the resistivity of ultrapure water in Sekisui clean-pvc clean pipes is 1/30 of that in ordinary pvc pipes.

  • 3. The inner wall of the Jishui clean pipeline system is as smooth as a mirror, with almost no irregular gaps. 

  • 4. The Jishui clean-pvc clean pipeline system is cheaper and more economical than pvdf and pp materials.

  • 5. The TOC precipitation from the clean-pvc pipeline itself is extremely small. 

  • 6. The pipe mouth of the clean-pvc pipeline is equipped with a pipe end cap. It has been cleaned with ultrapure water and packed in a clean way.

3. It is opaque, preventing light from passing through and inhibiting the photosynthesis of microorganisms.
4. It is more economical and cheaper than pipes for pure water such as PVDF and SUS.
5. It uses cold glue welding, making the construction simple.
6. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, and easy to disinfect and clean.
7. Temperature resistance: 0°C ~ + 50°C
