Characteristics of PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride):

     PVDF mainly refers to the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride or the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and a small amount of other fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. Its appearance is translucent or white powder or granules.

Functions of PVDF:

  PVDF pipes  Non - contact infrared (IR) welding

Non - contact infrared (IR) welding is a butt - welding connection method of non - contact convective heating.

Use the heat radiated by the infrared heating plate to heat the connection surfaces of pipes and fittings to the specified temperature for a specified time.

Reach the molten state, and then press the connection surfaces of pipes and fittings together in a pressurized way.

During the heating process of the connection surfaces of pipes and fittings by infrared welding, they do not directly contact the heating plate. So the weld after welding is smaller, and the joint is more beautiful.

Infrared welding is suitable for ultra - pure water pipelines with high purity requirements or biopharmaceutical systems.
