Functions of PPH pipes:
1. Homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) has good pressure resistance. The MRS value (minimum required strength = 1.0Mpa) of PPH pipesis extremely high. This characteristic greatly extends the service life of PPH materials.
2. Homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) has excellent temperature resistance. PPH has excellentworking efficiency in the medium temperature range (40 - 70°C), which is a typical working condition in industrial applications. The instantaneous temperature can reach95°C while maintaining no pressure reduction and no deformation.
3. Homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) has good chemical stability. Except for being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid at high temperatures, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents.
4. Homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) has excellent insulation performance. Since it hardly absorbs water, its insulation performanceis not affected by temperature.
5. The inner wall is smooth, with extremely high flow rate, constant pressure, less sediment, less pipe precipitates, and it does notcontaminate the transmission medium.
