Honort SSRT Surface Roughness Tester
The Honort SSRT Surface Roughness Tester is an instrument and testing method for rapid surface roughness testing. Based on the laser triangulation principle, the laser is projected onto the target to be measured, and the camera receives the image of the reflected light. Through the image processing algorithm and coordinate transformation, the three - dimensional coordinates of the measured area are obtained, and then the results of the surface roughness parameters are obtained according to the roughness calculation formula.
Two farmlands with different surface states were measured respectively. The photos of the test points and the obtained initial three - dimensional surface data results are shown in the following figure.
The calculation of two - dimensional surface roughness parameters is realized by using GPU (Graphics Processing Units) technology. After including the input - output transmission time, compared with the single - threaded CPU operation, the acceleration ratio is 115 times. The data of measuring point a has a total of 52,040 points, and the obtained correlation length value is 49.09mm, and the standard deviation of the surface height is 12.70mm. The data of measuring point b has a total of 53869 points, the correlation length value is 43.21mm, and the standard deviation of the surface height is 16.85mm.
