Features of PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane) Serrated Tweezers:
1. Made of imported high-purity electronic-grade PFA material with low metal ion impurity content (e.g., the content of lead, uranium, etc. is less than 0.01 ppb). It does not adsorb and can avoid contaminating the samples being picked up, meeting the requirements of high-precision experiments such as trace analysis and isotope detection.
2. Strong corrosion resistance, resistant to strong acids (e.g., hydrofluoric acid), strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
3. Wide temperature resistance range (-200°C to +260°C), suitable for experimental operations or industrial production in extreme temperature environments.
4. Good insulation performance, effectively preventing the generation and conduction of static electricity, and protecting electrostatic-sensitive items such as semiconductor devices.
5. Non-stick surface: The PFA material has a low surface energy, making it difficult for solid materials to adhere to its surface. It is convenient for picking up and releasing samples and is also easy to clean, reducing the possibility of sample residue.
Advantages of the serrated design:
1. Enhanced clamping force: The serrated design increases the friction and contact area between the tweezers and the object, making the object more firmly held and less likely to slip.
