PFA Separatory Funnel / Soluble Polytetrafluoroethylene Separatory Funnel / Teflon Plastic Separatory Funnel
Uses:
1. Used in solid-liquid or liquid-liquid reaction experiments to control the amount of added liquid and the reaction rate.
2. Substance separation and purification: Separate the two immiscible liquids formed after extraction.
Performance and Features:
1. The PFA material is anti-drop and durable, and semi-transparent for observing the experiment situation.
2. The PFA separatory funnel is highly resistant to corrosion (resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and various organic solvents).
3. The PFA separatory funnel has no dissolution or precipitation, no pollution, and a low background value.
4. The craftsmanship is delicate, with a smooth inner wall that doesn't hold water, easy to clean and no residue.
The PFA separatory funnel can be paired with flasks, condensers, etc., and is used in experiments such as trace analysis, trace element detection, ICP-MS analysis, and semiconductor chemical analysis.
The PFA constant-pressure dropping funnel is made of imported high-purity electronic-grade PFA material, without added recycled materials, highly clean and pollution-free, suitable for trace analysis and trace element detection experiments.
The PFA is semi-transparent and visible, facilitating observation during the experiment.
The PFA constant-pressure dropping funnel customized by Nanjing Binzhenghong Instrument Co., Ltd. not only has the features of a general constant-pressure dropping funnel, such as preventing backflow, balancing pressure to allow the liquid to flow smoothly, reducing the impact of the added liquid on gas pressure, and accurately measuring the gas volume, but also has the following special performance advantages:
1. Highly resistant to corrosion (including hydrofluoric acid).
2. Resistant to high and low temperatures (-200 to 250℃).
3. Low content of trace metal element impurities, no dissolution or precipitation.
4. Can be customized in specifications.
