I.      Main Structural Features

◆ High-quality Castings: The whole machine uses HT 300  high-grade resin sand molding castings, which are tempered and subjected to vibration and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.

◆ High Rigidity: One-piece upper water guide plate type wide base, 5 large parts all have a reticular internal structure, ultra-wide "human" shaped column at the bottom, triangular inverted T shaped middle slide, oil-water separation structure of the machine body (water in the front and oil in the back), built-in pipelines.

◆ Herringbone Column: Widen the span of the joint surface to improve the rigidity of the machine tool.

◆ Ribbed Machine Head Design: The internal ribs are thickened and enlarged to strengthen the structural rigidity and greatly improve the processing stability.

◆ Processing Characteristics: It has all the performances of both a drilling and tapping center and a machining center, and is a composite mini machining center.

Y -axis Motor Rear-mounted: Shorten the distance between upper and lower workpieces to improve the processing convenience.

◆ Taiwan-made Class Ball Screws: Adopt Taiwan-made C3 class ball screws to ensure the accuracy of axial operation.

◆Taiwan-made Telescopic Shields: The three axes use Taiwan-made shields to extend the service life. The rear shield of the Y axis adopts a single-piece herringbone shape and full-rail support, achieving effective protection, easy chip removal, and convenient maintenance.

◆Machine Body Oil-Water Separation Design: The machine body has an oil-water separation design , with a beveled chip discharge port and all-round chip flushing design. It combines the advantages of machine body rigidity, easy chip removal, and the cutting fluid being less likely to stink and leak. It uses the rear chip discharge method .

◆Taiwan-made Spindle: Assemble the main body with P4 class bearings to ensure low vibration at various rotational speeds.

◆Hidden Pipeline Design: Avoid the concern of the pipelines being corroded by iron chips and cutting fluid.

◆Structural Rigidity: The machine body structure is designed for a rapid three-axis displacement of 48 m/min  .
