1. Scope of application
This test system is designed according to the test requirements of users. It is mainly used for static torsion test of high-strength bolts. It meets the requirements of GB1231-2006 "Technical conditions for high-strength large hexagonal head bolts, large hexagonal nuts and washers for steel structures". The test system is mainly composed of a host, a test mechanism, a precision loading mechanism, a precision system, a control data acquisition system, a computer and its test software, and other necessary loading brackets and accessories. It is an ideal high-performance test equipment for factories, mines, quality inspection units, scientific research units, and colleges and universities. It is suitable for torsion-tensile mechanical performance testing of high-strength bolts and large hexagonal head bolts. It can automatically display the torque, angle, and axial force of bolt and nut pre-tightening, and store and output data. Technical indicators such as torque coefficient and the relationship between torque and torsion angle, and curves such as torque-axial force-torsion angle are available.
Users can also provide relevant technical standards, such as ISO, ASTM, DIN, and JIS, and realize the control of test methods and related data collection and processing according to the standards provided by users.
