3kg Magnesium Alloy Anode for Reservoir Gates
Magnesium Anode: Abbreviation for magnesium alloy sacrificial anode, also known as magnesium alloy anode or magnesium sacrificial anode. It is used in the cathodic protection system and is an important equipment and material to prevent electrochemical corrosion. Due to the high potential of magnesium alloy anodes, they are often used for the cathodic protection of buried structures, such as buried oil pipelines, natural gas and gas pipelines.
The magnesium alloys produced by Jiaozuo Libo Light Alloy Co., Ltd. are made of high-quality raw materials. The anode potential is negative, and the electricity generated per unit mass is large. It is an ideal sacrificial anode material. It is suitable for the cathodic protection of metal structures in media such as soil, fresh water and seawater, such as oil and gas pipelines, storage tanks, hot water exchangers, condensers, etc.
The magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes are produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T17731 - 2004 "Magnesium Alloy Sacrificial Anodes". The anodes used for pipelines also comply with SY/T0019 - 97 "Design Specification for Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection of Buried Steel Pipelines".
This product has the following characteristics: (1) Small specific gravity and relatively negative potential; (2) High driving voltage for iron and low current efficiency; (3) Especially suitable for high-resistivity media.
(For resistivity greater than 100Ω·m, it is recommended to use strip magnesium anodes.
