Protection effect detection

According to the anode structure, each sacrificial anode has two welding feet and four welds. It is required that the length of each weld is greater than 80mm, the weld height is 5 - 7mm. The welds should be continuous, flat, without false welding, firmly welded, and should not fall off for 30 years, and have good electrical connection with the steel pipe pile.

 Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes have extremely high electrochemical performance. The power generation of anode materials per unit weight is large, about three times that of zinc anodes and twice that of magnesium anodes. In seawater and other media containing chloride ions, they have good performance and strong self - regulating ability of the emitted current.

    Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes are suitable for the cathodic protection of metal anti - corrosion of ships, mechanical equipment, marine engineering and port facilities in seawater media, as well as pipelines and cables in sea mud.

   Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes have good self - solubility, high current efficiency, and good self - regulating performance of the anode current. They are suitable for the cathodic protection of metal anti - corrosion of ships, mechanical equipment, marine engineering and port facilities in seawater and fresh water media, as well as pipelines and cables in low - resistivity soil.

 

The electrochemical properties of three Al-Zn-In series alloy anodes were measured by the constant current method. The metallographic structures of the three anode materials were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that: the smaller the anode grain size, the higher the current efficiency; the fewer the number of the second phase in the anode, the higher the current efficiency, but the dissolution is uneven; the current efficiency and dissolution uniformity of the anode are related to the preferential dissolution and shedding of the second phase.
