Experimental research content:
Conduct simulation experiments on common rotor mechanical faults, such as shaft misalignment, rotor imbalance, rotor rubbing, and loose mechanical foundations.
Research on rolling bearing faults: supporting different forms of bearing faults, such as bearing inner ring faults, bearing outer ring faults, bearing cage faults, bearing rolling element faults, bearing comprehensive faults, etc.
Research on planetary gearbox faults: sun gear, planetary gear, large ring gear, fault types, missing teeth, wear, broken teeth, cracks;
Simulation of different operating conditions: bearing vibration characteristics under motor speed up and down states, and performance of faulty bearing vibration data under different load states.
It is possible to introduce a single fault or multiple faults simultaneously and study their coupling effects;
Learn to carry out non-contact eddy current sensor measurement technology;
Can research fault signal feature recognition and signal characteristic processing;
Conduct torque loading experiments on rotor shaft systems to study the relationship between torque load and vibration of bearings and rotors.
Introduction to the main components and structure of the experimental platform
4.1 Platform Base Plate
1. Material: High strength aluminum platform with T-shaped groove;
2. Size: 1100mm * 150mm * 200mm;
3. Equipped with a shock-absorbing base structure.
4.2 Drive motor
1. Drive motor: servo drive motor, touch screen operation control.
2. Rated power: 0.4KW;
3. Rated speed: 3000r/min;
4. Maximum speed: 6500r/min;
5. Rated torque: Output torque of 1.27N/m/50Hz;
6. Rated current: 2.8A;
7. Maximum frequency: 250Hz;
4.3 Shaft assembly
4.3.1 Adjustable eccentric bearing seat
1. Supported by bearing seat, precision adjustable displacement slide table, normal bearings, and faulty bearings.
2. Supporting bearings: including 6300 healthy deep groove ball bearings, made of 45 steel, with vibration sensor installation threaded holes (M6).
4. Faulty bearing seat: It includes five types of faulty bearings, which can be replaced with different types of faulty bearings such as inner ring fault, outer ring fault, cage fault, ball bearing fault, and comprehensive fault. Different bearing fault severity levels can also be customized.
