The WEIGHTEC  ICS-17B Electronic Belt Scale, with a dynamic cumulative error of less than ±0.50%, is designed for industrial weighing process control applications. It effectively monitors production output, regulates product loading quantities, and tracks inventory levels. This system provides critical data support for factory automation and modern management systems. system composition The ICS-17B electronic belt scale consists of four components: the ICS-17B weighing frame, load cell, SA205,60-12C speed sensor and speed roller, 2001,2105,6001B,6105B weighing controllers, belt scale accumulator, feeder controller WBST8000, weighing instrument WBST3000. VEG20610 Weighing bridge The ICS-17B weighing bridge features dual roller systems on its double-lever structure, supported by two tension-type sensors with frictionless ear-shaft bearings. This sealed design effectively mitigates the impact of uneven loading on measurement accuracy while providing shockproofing, moisture resistance, corrosion protection, and material retention prevention. These advantages eliminate operational issues associated with blade mechanisms and bearing systems in harsh environments. The main beams utilize rectangular steel tubes, ensuring structural rigidity, reduced weight, and minimized surface dust accumulation. To ensure system stability, high-precision resistive strain gauge sensors are installed at tension points, effectively minimizing nonlinear errors. The ICS-17B weighing bridge can be directly installed in conveyor frames of various widths, positioned between upper and lower conveyor belts without occupying vertical space. As a pre-assembled unit, it allows for quick and easy installation and calibration. This weighing bridge accommodates belt widths ranging from 400 to 2000mm. ICS-17B-1 type weighing frame The structure of the weighing frame is half of ICS-17A, that is, two sets of drag rollers are placed on the weighing frame, using two pull sensors and a pair of ear shafts. The scale frame is mainly installed on the main belt conveyor or the coal feeder or feeder with a long distance between the center of the inlet and outlet. Weighing sensors ICS-17B series electronic belt scales all use pull-type electronic strain gauge weighing sensors. The main technical indicators are as follows: The housing has S-type sealing protection, nonlinearity:<0.03% FS, repeatability: <0.01% FS, creep: <0.02% FS, zero output: ±1%. Speed sensor 60-12C,60-12B, N12B3, N12C The speed sensor is mounted on the tail roller, large-diameter speed measurement drum, or speed measurement roller. The speed measurement drum/roller is installed on the upper surface of the return belt, eliminating the impact caused by belt slippage. This speed sensor is a digital brushless pulse generator. During belt operation, the speed sensor emits a series of speed pulses, each representing one unit length of belt travel, with pulse frequency proportional to belt speed. The housing material is cast aluminum, suitable for outdoor working environments. The brushless AC pulse generator requires no adjustment or replacement of brushes. Its maintenance-free flexible connection technology ensures more accurate speed measurement and significantly extends equipment service life. 2001 weighing control instrument Using 32-bit CPU and 24-bit A/D, the operation speed is accelerated and the measurement accuracy is improved; Optional analog output for flow, weight or speed display; optional analog output delay for actual control use; Optional analog input/output board (one or two voltage and current input/output) for control or compensation; Optional RS-232/RS-485 communication board, from this hardware setting you can choose one of the two ways; The 2000 series of instruments have 2001 type, 2105 type for users to choose WBST8000 weighing instrument WBST3000 controller; 201 type weighing instrument.
