I. Equipment characteristics This packaging machine is suitable for: chemical, mineral, building materials, food, medicine, salt chemical industry, nanomaterial and other industries of small particles 100-500kg high accuracy quantitative filling! 1. WTC-TJX-9P type quantitative ton packaging machine is composed of high precision (0.02%) sensor and high resolution control instrument to form the measurement and control system, which has high accuracy and good stability performance. 2. The feeding mechanism adopts frequency converter to control the screw speed and quantitative control of feeding, so the packaging speed is fast. 3. The packaging range is wide, which can be adjusted within the range of 200-2000kg. It can be used for large packaging bags. 4. Parameter setting, weighing and calibration are simple and easy to understand, and the operation is convenient. 5. It is equipped with a variety of communication interfaces, which can be networked with computers for various data processing. II. Equipment composition 1. Screw feeder 2. Weighing inner frame 3. Outer frame 4. Pneumatic bag hanging and pressing device. 5. Vibration table 6. Electrical box 7. Dust collecting device 3. Structural principle 1. Variable speed feeding mechanism: it is composed of adjustable speed motor, belt drive, screw shaft and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a dust suction port on the edge. The variable speed motor controls the speed of the electrical box, and the material is added to the packaging bag through the screw. 2. Weighing frame: The weighing frame is connected to the sensor, and the weight signal of the material is transmitted to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the whole machine. The lifting cylinder on the weighing frame hooks the corner of the package. 3. Electrical box The external signal and the sensor signal are transmitted to the electrical box, which controls the starting, stopping, speed and cylinder lifting of the feeding motor through the programmed program. IV. Working process First, attach the ton bag to the feeding nozzle with its four corners secured to the cylinder. Press the "Allow Feeding" button to activate the pressing cylinder, which compresses the bag opening while spreading its corners. The controller automatically removes excess weight from the bag, after which the screw conveyor rapidly fills it with material. A vibrating platform compacts the contents, while dust escaping with air is captured by a dust collector. When approaching the preset filling level, the screw conveyor slows down and stops vibrating, triggering an automatic halt. Error margin
