Inlet flowmeter DE20 (WTC20)
The DE20-type Impingement Plate Flow Meter is specially designed through decades of expertise in dynamic weighing. It is specifically designed for continuous measurement of instantaneous flow and total accumulation of powdered, granular, and other bulk materials. Widely applicable in process control for industries such as chemical engineering, building materials, metallurgy, power generation, coal, and tobacco production. The DE20 impact plate flow meter can be easily installed at discharge points of various conveyors, including screw feeders, vibrating feeders, belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, and star feeders. It monitors typical materials such as cement, coke, ore, sand, wood chips, plastic granules, grains, potato chips, rice, and candies. Working principle: The working principle of the surge plate flowmeter involves directing bulk material flow through a measuring sensing plate connected to the DE20 sensor. When impacted by the material flow, the plate generates horizontal displacement, producing a voltage signal ranging from 0-24 volts. This signal is converted into an analog signal via transmitter 360 and transmitted to the DME170 integrator for parameter adjustment.
