Chain code verification chain code WTC-CLM/XLM

for belt scale WEIGHTECRAMSEY belt scale verification chain code The CLM/XLM series belt scale chain code calibration device is a specialized equipment designed to dynamically simulate the rated flow rate of materials on electronic belt scales. It is used for calibrating various types of belt scales and weighing feeders. This device is applicable in all environments where electronic belt scales are installed, with system accuracy exceeding the operational precision of the scales by more than three times. As a supplementary product to the standard belt scale inspection chain CLM, XLM chain code can better meet the special requirements of customers. It can be processed and customized according to customer needs in terms of weight per meter, ball pitch, ball chamfer, material, etc. The series products include chain code, winch chain code, storage box chain code, etc. The CLM-type manual chain code verification device for belt scales complies with China's JJG 195-2002 metrological verification regulations. As a load standard simulator, it enables efficient calibration and correction of electronic belt scale accuracy. During operation, connect the standard weight chains into a complete chain, extend it across the effective span of the weighing area, position it above the scale being verified, and secure both ends. Main parameter table The CLM-type belt automatic chain code verification device is a calibration tool for electronic belt scales installed on conveyor systems, widely used in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, chemical processing, port operations, construction materials, and coal mining where bulk material measurement relies on electronic scales. It enables automated accuracy verification for electronic belt scales with precision ratings ranging from (0.5) to (2.0). The belt scale calibration chain codes include dynamic options: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 80kg, 100kg. 1. Determination of the selection specification of chain code: The selection of chain code specifications should be determined based on the relevant parameters and productivity of the belt conveyor. To enhance calibration accuracy and reliability, it is generally recommended to use two load chains: 40% and 80% of the maximum flow rate (Q) for high and low load chains. Comparing the calibration results of these two chains helps better understand the accuracy performance of the electronic belt scale under different load conditions. The selection is determined by the following formula calculation results. W---Maximum material weight per meter length of branch on the belt conveyor (Kg/m) Q-high flow rate (t/h) V-Belt conveyor speed (m/s) L--Length of the weighing section of the electronic belt scale (m) The calculation formula can be simplified as: W=Q/3.6V The length of the chain code is determined according to the number of rollers on the electronic belt scale, generally When the number of weighing rollers is 1, the chain length is 5.2m When the number of weighing rollers is 2, the chain length is 6.2m When the number of weighing rollers is 3, the chain code length is 7.2m When the number of weighing rollers is 4, the chain code length is 8.2m The measurement accuracy is equivalent error (i.e., the error at 80% and 40% of full load) Allowable error = reference value (kg) * electronic belt scale allowable measurement accuracy Error rate = (reference value-display) / reference value *100% If the measurement errors from practical testing and equivalent values fail to meet accuracy requirements, investigate the root cause. If the belt conveyor installation is correct and the flow direction of the chain code is properly calibrated by Xuzhou Weitake Inspection, adjustments can be made through the electronic belt scale itself to achieve required precision. If the issue stems from factors beyond the scale's capabilities, then troubleshooting should focus on the belt conveyor's installation accuracy or operational parameters. Subsequently, resolve these issues to restore accurate measurements.
