Determination of the selection specification of chain code: The selection of chain code specifications should be determined based on the relevant parameters and productivity of the belt conveyor. To enhance calibration accuracy and reliability, it is generally recommended to use two load chains: 40% and 80% of the maximum flow rate (Q) for high and low load chains. Comparing the calibration results of these two chains helps better understand the accuracy performance of the electronic belt scale under different load conditions. The selection is determined by the following formula calculation results.
