Basic Characteristics
Two-component material: Candle mold silicone rubber is usually a condensation type two-component material, consisting of two components, A and B.
Good fluidity: It has good fluidity and can easily fill various complex mold cavities, facilitating the production of wax candle molds with diverse shapes.
High heat resistance: It can withstand certain high temperatures. During the candle production process, it can withstand the temperature changes during the melting and cooling of the candles, and is not prone to deformation.
Good corrosion resistance: It has good tolerance to some chemical substances that may come into contact during the candle production process, such as fragrances, colorants, etc., and is not easily corroded, thus ensuring the service life of the mold.
High tensile and tear resistance: It has high tensile and tear resistance, and is not easily damaged during demolding, allowing for multiple repeated uses.
Low shrinkage rate: The shrinkage rate is extremely small, enabling precise replication of the shape and details of the master mold, ensuring high precision of the produced wax candle molds.
Main Applications
It is mainly used for the manufacturing of candle craft molds, and can also be widely used in the production of glass resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane molding products, PU foaming resin decorative items and crafts replicas.
