Usage instructions
Preparations: Take an appropriate amount of glue (generally 500g) and add the curing agent (usually 1.5%) in proportion at room temperature. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Processing the mother mold blank: Apply a release agent to the mother mold blank for lubrication to ensure the silicone can be easily removed from the mold.
Casting the mold: Slowly pour the prepared glue along a fixed pouring point and shake it from time to time to remove the air inside, so that the silicone can fully fill the mold cavity.
Initial curing: After the glue has cured completely for about 60 minutes, surround the outside again with wooden strips, leaving a 4cm gap. Remove the original wooden strips.
Making the outer mold: Mix 1000g of gypsum powder with water and pour it into the wooden strip frame until it is full. Divide the wooden strip frame into two parts with plastic sheets for easier mold removal.
Demolding: Remove the wooden strips after 20 minutes. The mold is now ready. To achieve the best usage effect of the mold, it is recommended to store it for at least 24 hours before using.
