Functional Features


  • Integration of multiple functions: It integrates functions such as synchronizer, load sensor, load control, bus closing system, reactive power (VAR) control, power factor control and process control into one, providing a comprehensive control solution for power generation systems.

  • Precise synchronization and control: It can realize precise parallel operation and control of up to 32 three-phase AC generators, ensuring the synchronous operation between generators and improving the stability and reliability of the power system.

  • Flexible communication capability: Equipped with two Ethernet ports and one RS-485 port, it supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU communication protocols, facilitating data exchange and remote control with other devices or systems, and achieving seamless connection with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

  • Redundant design: The two Ethernet ports can form a redundant Ethernet network to improve communication reliability. When one network fails, the system can automatically switch to the other network to ensure the normal operation of the system.

  • Accurate power sensing: It adopts three-phase true Root Mean Square (RMS) power sensing technology, which can ensure control accuracy even in the case of phase load imbalance and voltage fluctuation, realize soft loading and unloading functions, and avoid impact on the power grid.

  • System update function: It allows adding or removing generator sets without affecting the operation of the system, facilitating system expansion and maintenance.
